Yes you can. The suggested method is to address enquiries to Skotos Tech, who are able to sell commercial licenses for DGD.
The actual commercial license rights are held by Acuity Corporation (formerly ichat and now a wholly owned subsidiary of Quintus Corporation) who can be contacted by email. Skotos Tech is a sublicensee who has the right to sell further sublicenses.

There are a number of ports of call for help with DGD. A DGD mailing list is maintained by CIE and can be joined from the list's web page. Dworkin has kindly provided archives of the mailing list for ftp.
The USENET newsgroup rec.games.mud.lp is also appropriate for postings about DGD.
